I have been buying from comx since 2017. I never had an issue. Communication is fast, and emails contains all the information you need. Tony has always responded to all my emails sent with my queries. Between there great service and fair prices I will continue buying at comx. I would highly recommend them to people
I was able to refurbished many of my current computers at a fraction of the price of new ones. You will need an IT adviser though who can tell you what to get and install, but ComX pricing and delivery time is great.
Tony it takes no effort to pick up the phone and call. Why send me 2 different mails, one with a quote to pay and another with no stock? Is there someone else that can assist me? "Why proceed to have a customer pay when you don't have confirmation on stock, makes no sense"
Great store! Friendly staff and very professional in terms of communication. Quick turnaround time as I only waited 24 hours for my purchase. Really pleased with this company and will definitely look to order from them again
I was worried when i didn't see any actual contact phone numbers, but was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient Tony Daykin was at getting the product i purchased from them to my door. Literally 3 days from payment to delivery... Communication was fast using email, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction... Thanks Tony, it was a pleasure doing business with you!
Tony is very responsive and the pricing is fair compared to others. They do what they say, and you get what you order. I had to get a refund on my windows 10 Pro upgrade refund was paid back to me. I would advise to purchase Windows 10 pro elsewhere as I don’t think ComX is an authorised MS certified reseller. I ordered and received stock exactly as quoted, with the exception of MS Windows 10 pro, which was refunded to me.
