I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTRE 6 TIMES. MY WIFI BILL HAS A FINAL INVOICE WHICH HAS NOT BEEN PAID TO ME. THERE WERE SERVICES CHARGED TO ME WHEN I REQUESTED A MOVE OF PROPERTY. I HAVE UPGRADED TWO MOBILE CONTRACTS AND NOW I HAVE BEEN CHARGED THE NEW PACKAGE AND THE OLD PACKAGE. THIS IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS.
Staff could be more friendly ! This is just an add on to my previous review. .. my own fault really for giving Telkom the benefit of the doubt and visiting this branch yet again .. anyways that being said and done , I did go back to check for iPhone stock availability but it was during load shedding and an employee informed me there was stock … I go back after a few hours only to stand in line for an hour then was assisted by a very rude and condescending employee .. He made it seems as if he was doing me a favor . I am a business customer of Telkom’s for the past eight years . He told me I can’t take a contract because I have existing contracts already then I asked to speak to a manager he went back and came out telling me his manager is on a call but he can assist me after all .. he proceeded to assist me and asked me for documents which earlier his colleague told me I didn’t have to bring along since I’m an existing business client .. I produced the documents anyways as i had them on my phone .. telkom really ? I understand the process but do your staff have to be rude and behave as if they are doing us a favour ? I usually visit the Telkom’s at the malls and I’ve always got excellent service.. this man at telkom thekwini didn’t even pull up my details but told me I can’t take an iphone as it is a high end device .. this is my fourth iPhone form telkom btw ..
I usually do use transport whn am around town so I cn get used to the building or use Google map It does help
I really love Telkom but sometimes I feel the staff here can sometimes not reason with us the customer. Yesterday I phoned in around 15:15 and the phone rang and rang until it said unavailable. Today I phoned again 15:25 and it rings and says the same thing.. I went downstairs to see their branch Maybe they are overwhelmed, inside there were less than 5 people and 2 of the staff members were having a chat about their own thing. The lady that helped me outside had to finish with someone else before attending my case, even though the 2 Gents were just parking like its already home time.. Not Ayoba!!!
I would like to command this store on customer service. I was at the store on Friday 22/04/2022 and I got excellent service from Khetho Gumede who assisted me with my SIM swop on my prepaid number. Actually the staff at this branch woke up to come to work and actually do work. They put customers first no matter what kind of business you put in you are treated like family. Unlike Telkom the Workshop you only matter if you are a contract customer. If I could give a 100 stars I would. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for an awesome service.

Very informative and helpful store indeed..late last year when I was robbed and needed to do a sim swop It's was an awesome experience..I even upgraded my contact at the same time.. I wasn't even asked much questions.. Quick and fast service..keep up the good work..God bless you
Pathetic service and horrible experience, they double bill me all the time, when I call their customer service line they say I don't have a contract with them, I took it from telkom direct old mutual last year Feb, however they deduct every single month without fail, they don't even upload their number on Google because everytime you call them either drop the call, no answer or answer and hang up
You people are cheats. I get charged r200 extra the following month if my debit order doesn't go through even though I pay immediately after noticing. Now you want to charge me r200 again this month even after my debit order successfully went through and I have records of this. Whyyyyy???
I've had terrible problems with my account with payment not being allocated. I was advised to do eft instead of paying at spar so I do eft and telkom disconnects me no robot call either. I phone and try explaining everything ask for a supervisor 42 mins later I'm still holding. It's not like I didn't pay I did I have proof I've sent proof of payment no return call of email. After more than 15 years with telkom I'm seriously considering finding another fiber company. Do they have so much business that they dont need the residential business
