The staff sits there and faff around while the queue snakes around the corner 6 stations but only 2 people servicing clients. Eventually when the decide to give you an audience, Thapelo dude was efficient. BUT THE WAIT

Although the service is above normal the poor seating that does not cater for the elderly or otherwise abled people is a let down.

The waiting time is not practical. You literally wait 2 hours to be assisted. Everyone uses Telkom. Why are there only 2 people working on a Saturday?? Please do better. If the waiting time is this long at least get us comfortable chairs to sit on while we wait.

They have good, friendly staff. They don't have direct telephone line though. One always have to physical go there even if they need something that can be resolved over the phone. They should also try to speed up their services. 75% of the time there's a long queue there

Good place to do business but some of the staff ladies is very slow and because of that there is always a long que one black guy help us and surely he's good in helping out the customers i like him, very helpful, good morning

When I wanted to upgrade I was told that there are no stock of any phones only phone available is the A23 and I should come back in 4-5. Hours.no other solutions or help was given to give beter service.This made me go to the next a competitor and buy stock from them.Telkom will not be seeing me again.

Apart from the long waiting time, the service once inside is friendly and efficient. However, I went to port a number back to Telkom from another provider on the 18th of May 2022 and till today 13 June 2022 it has still not been done. I can't get hold of Theboho who assisted me by email or phone, now I have a bill for a different number I did not request what can I do?

I initially rated 2 stars because of the wait. I have since changed to 4 stars due to friendly service and advice beyond my initial matter Thanks to Thapelo and Thato for your friendliness and willingness to help. I'm glad I went in today.

The best customer service experience from Telkom. The consultant gave detailed information and assisted us patiently.

Pathetic service, stood in the queue for about 3 hours over two days and still was not assisted with my problem. Made contact with the manager who keeps promising to call me back but never does. A waste of time and money, worst service provider imo.
