Shockingly slow service!! 2 people working but there are stations for 6... And it's end of the month. Stock is very low for accessories, looks like a 3rd world country spaza shop after it's been looted by frustrated customers.

Sim card stopped working after returning from Moz. Told the technical person, we think it's a setting problem as the Movitel people changed some settings. He didn't even look at the phone settings and just directed us to do a sim swap. The problen with this is we are hundreds of kms away from home, which we explained and he wanted proof of address and ID. So we had to walk far to ABSA bank and pay to print a statement, then to car to get ID. Whenbwe got back, he was too busy casual chatting to another staff member and told us to see someone else for the swap. This young man was friendly and helpful, but after a sim swap, the phone still didn't work. The technical man then took the phone as we now insisted, fixed the settings and the phone worked. What a waste of time and money

Terrible service at Riverside Mall Nelspruit Telkom. Have been in repeatedly and still have no success in the request made in 3 months ago. Advice includes "just wait" and "you can come back again", and no attempt to resolve the matter was made.

Best service I have ever received at any shop in my entire life. The gentleman that helped me said: "You have a problem, we find a solution for you". And he did just that. 5 stars is a understatement... Great job!!

The staff really struggle with their knowledge on their product lines and are not really customer focused. Getting things done on their systems often takes time resulting in long waiting times.

Good and quick service, there is a good and hard working agent called Lunga. He stay after hours to help me get the phones. Good customer

Poor. Ordered a phone via a contract since 15 Feb. Still waiting. Only discovered today that phone is diacontinued although the 1st debit order was taken in Feb. No one phones back and offers another product, even after several calls I had to make.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my number to be ported by telkom! Cannot get them on the phone and Karabo bot is insulting and useless
