Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any store. First of all, the trade-in system was offline so I was unable to complete a trade-in after driving quite some time to the store. Above and beyond this, they didn't have stock of the product I wanted this was the second product that this happened to. However, the absolute worst was the manager and his attitude. After bringing our complaints to his attention, he merely shrugged us off and advised us to "rather shop online". So save yourself the effort, don't visit the store, rather shop online and get better service.
Hi I applied to add another iPhone on my telkom contract at istore ilanga mall nelspruit on the 17th of January 2023 I’ve handed all documents and i was told that I would be contacted on the 18th But I still haven’t been contacted I went there again on the today on the 20th of January and I was told I would be contacted by 14:00 but I still haven’t received a call I’m very disappointed by the customer service there and it is not the first time receiving poor service please help to deal with this matter as soon as possible

I recently switched over to iphone and I've had zero problems. But my problem is whenever I step into the istore at i'langa Mall. Every time I'm treated like a child and I basically have to BEG to be helped.The staff there always speak to me in a condescending manner and have given me the wrong information multiple times.For some reaon the staff think they're God's gift to humanity..... Unless i get a formal apology, istore i'langa mall will never see me again.
Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I, a distressed macbook owner brought in my macbook for the ‘friendly people at the store’ to help me and boy was I wrong. The service technician or technically I can’t call him that because he could not tell me what was wronghis own words so he’s actually just a sales man treated me so dismissively and with no respect or sympathy. He made me feel that my way of using my very expensive laptop the way I do in my house like a normal human being is the reason it broke and that I broke it due to my obvious ‘high dust environment’ which he pointed out more than once and asked if I cover my screen with the plastic packaging given with the mac.it would be nice if mac wrote on the box that the packaging is actually there to protect the computer from the high dust volumes in normal houses because apparently the apple store is dust free…. However, after I tried to back it up it confirmed that it is most likely a software problem so how did I break it I ask again. The best joke was when my husband came to stand by me, the attitude changed drastically to a more pleasing version of a human man. After conversing with this man, I felt like a failure when it comes to computer ownership and felt like giving in my rights to own one. That my friend, is how you made me feel. And sorry, but I came to you for help…not arrogance, dismissal, and blame and yeah, I am allowed to feel that way after choosing to invest in an expensive product like that. However, then I also have to applaud Wayde/Wayne. sorry Im not exactly sure what your name is but I know its something like that - I was not on my best that day. You are the true meaning of a smiling face, lovely personality and impecable service! If you visit this store ask for him only, I know I will. You made me feel comfortable and actually listened to me when I came back to give in my macbook. Thank you!!
I am so disappointed and upset, 3 iPhones, 2 x AirPods, 3 x technical and more, but never ever have I walked out of this store satisfied with the service, there is always a issue with sales or technical staff, just not interested in assisting, every time a manager had to step in, and every time the manager had to apologize on behalf of the staff member. I have been to many apple stores locally and abroad, and Illanga is by country mile the worst I have ever experienced. The owner is welcome to contact me with regards to all the problems I had to endure at this store, I will rather travel from Nelspruit to Gauteng in order to avoid this terrible experience in the future.
Good store, great location, stuff is excellent. Would have given it four stars but one or two staff members have no clue whatsoever when it comes to dealing with customers. I enquired on one of their products and the best their somewhat brushoffish sales person could do was to say I don't know. I mean really?!
