I use to love and like the shop but since it was nolonger under Edcon. The shop is a flop. They always adding charges that is not understandable. When you need or Request assistance DOLOLO. I opted to cancel my account
Nice store with the new layout BUT you have to search a bit to find a till.... No signs, no indications... Eventually found the tills in the back corner behind to smallish doorways.... They got it wrong for sure...
Sale is on with only 3 pay points. Poor service!!!
I am on a 6 month Interest Free plan but every transaction they dont give me the option to choose and it ends up on a revolving credit plan. So I have to call them and have it rectified every time. This is SO FRUSTRATING . NOT EVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN after being a loyal client for over 30 years.

Worst service ever. I had about R3500 items i wanted to purchase but waited so long att till eventually after being done chatting with each other i thought i would be next in line nope she just left and said i should go to the cosmetics pay point line, i rather left. I will not beg them to take my money
Service non-existent at Estee Lauder counter. When they call her eventually after I enquired at different counter the attitude sucked. Told her I am going to different store and she ridiculed....no other store keep Estee L, where will you go?.
Just went to do some shopping, and very pleased with the cashier's hospitality towards me as a customer. He made a difference and I feel positive with Edgars now. Good quality clothing just wish it could be a bit more affordable.
I'm very disappointed in Edgars. What was once a flagship shop has now turned into an empty store with vast open spaces, seriously this store really need to cut on floor space. Covid won't last forever and this is a good opportunity to regroup. I'll remain a customer and is willing to wait.
