Liezel from the home glass replacement department was extremely helpful and very friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever received such good customer service. The fitment guys were also really friendly and professional, they did the job neatly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend making use of Glass fit for all your glass replacement needs. A hassle-free experience indeed.

Very good service. While stock was not available imported car I was kept up to date, and once it arrived, it was promptly and efficiently fitted.

They fast and quick looked around and was quoted R6000 for a Rear windshield and Glafit only did it for R990

Extremely BAD service! Claim sent through days earlier had not been acted on prior to arrival. No stock of glass, promises for repairs witin 48 hours thereafter not kept mysteriously the glass is damaged. Staff unfortunately more interested in Admin than customers. Avoid if at all possible

I was happy with their service and jonesty which is hardnto find in this day in age. I thought i needed a chip on my windscreen to be filled only to find that i was mistaken, it had already been filled at a previous occassion. I was impressed by their honesty. If it was other companies, they would have taken the car in and made as if they where fixing it and then charge me and i would not have known the difference.. Thumbs up to Glasfit Nelspruit...
