I had an absolutely amazing time at Teremok Spa. The place was easy to locate via Google Map. They have stunning gardens and a koi pond. Upon arrival I was welcomed in the warmest and most pleasant manner. I was offered a beverage and I opted for a cappuccino, which was delicious and not too hot to drink. I would definitely recommend their spa treatments, I had a full body massage - therapy at its best! My therapist was very attentive to my needs, an added bonus. The spa is extremely clean and it has such a beautiful and unique aesthetic! 11 out of 10!

Wow the spa here is such a treat. I’ve been before and had a great experience then too. This time round, I had a probiotic facial and back exfoliation with Mbali. She did everything perfectly, products were applied with such grace, the pressure and little touches between various phases left my skin delighted! The extraction session was also the most thorough I’ve ever had and I loved the little tool used- felt like it was much more effective and efficient. I loved the use of SA products and they were great smelling too, the massage bed sheet felt luxurious and the room was spotless and spacious. Love boutique spas like this, and I’ll be back!

Absolutely loved this beautiful 8 double bedroomed hotel near the beach! Incredible service from all the staff, including reception/concierge, breakfast and spa. Very welcoming and all the staff went above and beyond my expectations! The spa treatments were especially great - very highly recommended!!

Beautiful decor and well run establishment. The staff are most welcoming. Popped in to see the Spa and all it has to offer and was welcomed by Gen who really went beyond my expectation and offered such great history on this magnificent once home.Rooms: 5/5

This guesthouse is in a lovely and serene setting, expertly managed by Tracy and team. A visit to Teremok whether it's for stay or spa, is a MUST!

Went in for a spa treatment this morning.. so serene and beautiful upon walking in. Very detailed and homely. The specially prepared breakfast was absolutely amazing. Lindy, my therapist was very warm and friendly.. and the treatment was really executed well! So great to have a little haven like this so close to home!

Teremok lodge was the perfect spot to relax and adjust. The property was well kept, has great history, and well displayed throughout. We spent our first two nights of a 3 week vacation at Teremok Lodge and could not have been more pleased with the stay. Their staff from booking through our stay were great and highly responsive. They helped out with airport transfers, booking spa appointments, and assisting anytime we needed during our stay. I would absolutely return and recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Decided to stay at this place because it had so many glowing reviews and pics but our stay turned sour the very next morning when we found out the cleaning staff had stolen 2,300 USD from us. We confronted the staff and asked for our money back, and said staff later came back with 100 USD. When we took this to the manager, she said the staff had been fired and that they are ‘confident that the only money that was taken has been returned,’ essentially gaslighting us and implying that we had lied about the money stolen. They even wrote us a letter, saying this was the first time this had happened to them when clearly someone else had been robbed previously - it’s in the older reviews! Instead of doing their best to comfort us considering their staff had been caught red handed stealing, the manger was extremely condescending, telling us that, ‘world travelers know to keep money in a safe.’ While we accepted that it was our responsibility to put our cash in the safe, we really hadn’t expected to be treated in such a rude manner by the manager, who was only interested washing this off her hands as speedily as possible. We asked her to return our payment for the coming days as we didn’t feel safe/good in that environment but even that was met ‘I’m not forcing you to stay here, but I cannot return your payment.’ Not a very welcoming place, and you can definitely take your pick from a vast array of beautiful places around that area and in Durban for this price.

Teremok is one of my absolute favorite places to stay! It feels like home but in the best most relaxing and carefree way possible. The decor is exquisite and interesting. In every nook and cranny hides something surprising and interesting. The rooms are open and airy and beautifully furnished. I am already a regular visitor but will continue returning to this home away from home. A nice bonus is the beach a few 100 meters walk from the hotel.

Any time!!! Love this gem. Excellent breakfast, rooms are decorated to perfection and service is amazing, it's close to all the best places. Service of the mangers and staff are the best. Very very affordable, and definitely a home away from home. I love the Juliete room, the Beethoven room is also designed to perfection with an extra private balcony next to the pool.
