Nice complex. Good location. Close to shopping centers and easy access to the highway

Tenants aren’t allowed to park their cars for long periods because it disturbs the gardeners apparently. If you’re working from home, you have to consistently move the car. Manager is rude and unavailable all the time. No notice during electricity outages. Ceiling are very thin, you can hear neighbours from below you.

Love my new apartment! Everything is so well maintained tenants are a pleasure and the care taker is very helpful! Security guards are also always there looking after us! I plan to stay here a long time!

There’s no management, if there is, they are really doing a bad job at it. When there are water outages or electricity issues in the surrounding area, tenants are not informed through sms or any communication outlet. There was a time where we didn’t have water for almost three days, no one said anything. Most recently, access cards just stop working. The only person who can sort it out is only here on Saturday at 7am, and leaves at 8am. Again, no communication. Would not advise a stay here.

Apartments great body Corp strong maintenance outside and fixing of probs 3 out of 5...well kept and great locations and won't moved ..

Well run and maintained residential complex with round -the-clock security and an abundance of visitors parking. A beautiful swimming pool area with fully kitted club house that you can hire out as a resident for small gatherings.

Any negative comment about The Crest is made by negative losers. This place is well run by the best person for this job hence it being an amazing ,clean, quiet and safe place!

Close and accessible location, owners have a zero-tolerance policy toward misbehaviour. Great complex all round
