Nobody answers the telephone. Tried for 3 days in a row!! Rang for 5 minutes!! Eurita is the rudest person ever and will dissuade you from ever phoning again. Some materials on back order for 12 months. Payments are not checked and the customer is always wrong.

Very happy with the service and products I get here. And very competitive on prices too. It's my come to for 95% of my practice needs. Thanks to Maria for always helping us.

Poor customer service. They never pick up calls.

They are either too busy to answer or too busy to get back to you. I have been struggling to get my account status corrected for a while now, calling multiple times. I have even received items that I didn't order and it was charged to me - I even struggled for 3 months to get the item collected.

They always go out of their way to assist. Margie our rep is always available and will always assist as best as she can.  Keep up the good work!!!

unprofessional consultants,you call either no answer or they answer and always in a hurry and never get back to you,if they dont hang up on the call.  poor service so far since december 2019 to date.

PATHETIC SERVICE. PLACED AN ORDER & EFFECTED PAYMENT, BUT THE GOODS WERE NOT DELIVERED AFTER THREE DAYS. I DROVE TO THE COMPANY IN 106 16TH RD,HALFWAY HOUSE ONLY TO BE TOLD THE GOODS ARE WITH THE COURIER. WASTED ENERGY!

Any dental supply needs are easily met. Staff are very friendly. Prices are reasonable
