The Hub

I've recently been in search of uniform pants a certain shade of blue, been to most stores in gateway and was not able to get even a common dark blue, went to hub twice, I asked the Lady in the females section she mentioned that there isn't any stock and continued her work. This week, still in my searching I've been to the hub again, and thankfully met Betty who also mentioned there isn't any stock but she went above and beyond, asked me to wait while checked all other branches for stock. She happily informed me that there is stock in my size, limited in the Cornubia branch. She kindly contacted the branch for me and informed them I'd be on my way to collect it. Keep up the great work Betty! Really appreciated her kindness and Excellent customer services. Such staff is a rare find and are genuine assets to retail businesses.

Bought two tops here. They feel like milk on my skip. High quality indeed. I looooove this store here. Although I was terrified because of what happened to me at the Springs Branch where I broke out in contact dermatitis. I’m glad the store redeemed itself.

I would like to say that the teller's were really unfriendly and rolled their eyes when I asked to open an account and it took forever. Anyway wont be going back to this place as customer service was not good.

Garments are over-stocked, which unfortunately decreases the shop's appeal. Prices are average.

What I like about the hub is that you don't see everyone wearing the same thing you have in your closet, yet they have very good clothes
