The Lapa Pub & Bistro

I had passed this pub dozens of times and this was my first time trying them out and I wasn’t disappointed. There upper floor placement gives you a fresh breeze on a good summer’s day while you enjoy a glass of Jack Daniels on the rocks. Deco is simple but delightful, definitely does lighten your mood. Multiple screens so you can watch your favourite sport from wherever you decide to place your bums. I enjoyed the ribs though maybe a little more salt on them when marinating wouldn’t hurt, don’t blame me, I’m African and I love salt. The fries where well done, crispy on the outside, nice and soft on the inside but as for the fish, I was not too impressed. It was a bit on the dry side but the batter was crunchy so I’ll give them that. The menu is quite affordable and they have specials almost daily so you always have a good deal. Service was good and there’s always a waiter present. Overall, being my first time, I’ll give them a 8/10. Planning to go back soon.

Dropped in with a few Mates on a Saturday night and was impressed by the speedy service, great menu, and good food. Plenty Big screens around to cater for all sporting tastes. Excellent visible security present.

An awesome experience! The menu is a list of amazing dishes. I am trying to have tried everything at least once...but have ordered every burger more than once...and the platters are highly recommended. Great service. A beautiful venue with a picturesque view. Well priced. Will be there soon again.
