My expensive white bathroom robe is grey, probably was mixed with other colours. It was horrible to see it that way. I brought my laundry because I travel a lot for work and I just moved to a new place too. Its unacceptable when clothes are being ruined by an actual place that deals with these things and paid for!

The prices are too much . I had to turn back with my 6 baskets. I basket just to wash was R187. So times 6 would have been over R1000. Is that economically realistic?

The owner is a rude and disrespectful woman that treats her staff with utter disrespect. Blamed me for her machine that burned out regardless that the machine was used however many times before me. An expensive mistake for you my dear. I will not recommend this place to anyone due to the mannerisms of the owner / manager what ever she is.

Curtains sent to be cleaned and they were sent to a laundary service and came destroyed
