Super impressed with this bakery. I gave a last minute order, literally the day before the event, and got the most beautiful 4-layered drip cake that tastes like heaven. Easily the best vanilla cake I've tasted thus far. I definitely highly recommend this Bakery, for helping me out in a flash & doing a beautiful job, that tastes yummilicious.
Wow. Wow. And another wow! What a gem of a find This bakery is phenomenal. Sadiqa was a delight to deal with - I ordered a 2 layer death by chocolate cake. People. If you LOVE a moist, fudgy chocolate cake... you HAVE to try this cake! It was an explosion of rich chocolatey goodness. I also got some red velvet cupcakes - absolutely blown away. The best red velvet cake Ive had in a long time. Their service is amazing and their pricing is really good. Do yourself a favour and make a point to pop-in at this lovely little bakery.
Ordered two wedding cakes for my wedding and received so much more! Wow just wow! Thank you so very much. Chocolate and Carrot cake to amaze our guests.
First off, the bakery smells so homey. Got eclairs, brownies and a large milktart. We are so impressed. Shukran Sadiqa for making it old school! Looking forward to trying out your full selection! Please try the milktart!!
My family and I have been going to this bakery every week and we really enjoy their cupcakes, brownies etc. However one of the times the brownies had an unmistakably strong smell & taste of savory food which ruined the brownie. So we took it up with the owner only for them to become very defensive claiming it wasn't from them even thought it was clearly the same packaging and the same look of their brownies. In the end they did replace it free of charge was was very welcomed and I had hoped it was a one-time slip-up from them. However after purchasing brownies again from them my family noticed that this time there was a slight taste of something savory once more although not as terrible as the first time and 2 of the 4 of us found something hard and plastic like in the brownies themselves. I do not doubt that while baking the savory and sweet foods are done separately but there is clearly something happening maybe in the storage that is letting the brownies get the savory taste - as for the plastic hard bits in the brownies I have no clue how that would happen. We would bring this up again with the owner but we do not want to get as cold and defensive a reception as last time if not worse. Truly a shame because we really enjoyed their stuff but we can't defend it a second time around.
I must say, from the first visit to this bakery it's been a pleasure coming here. The vibe is so amazing and customer service is just brilliant. My opinion on their goods? Let's just say that my soul had a melt down it was so good mouth watering to say the least.
I know its late post party took place on the 17th September 2022 but i would just like send out a huge thank you to the little cupcake bake shop team for the amazing birthday cake and cupcakes was exactly like the pictures sent. Tasted delicious.Highly recommend will not be disappointed guaranteed
By happenstance I found this cute little bakery and everything I tried was phenomenal. This is by far the best baked goods I ever had. Believe me, I tried every other place in Cape Town. The shop is clean, friendly staff and the baked goods really is 2nd to none. A must try, you will become addicted it's honestly phenomenal.
Very professional small family business giving off a wholesome and happy vibe. As I had a braai I didn't want to order too much cake. Big mistake. Delicious Vanilla cake, red velvet cupcakes and chocolate doughnuts. I plan to have a standing order with them
