I have always enjoyed the good service of this pharmacy until today. We visited the Doctor here and my baby started throwing up due to being sick. We rushed him out of the pharmacy to get him into a bathroom and on our return to the pharmacy the staff was extremely rude to us saying that we should of informed them instead of rushing him out. Very rude staff ruining the reputation.

The team here is always pleasant and friendly. They go out of their way to assist all customers. From dispensary and floor to the till, they hands down beat Clicks and Dischem. A big shout out to Melissa and Pieter at Dispensary.

An absolute delight to be a customer here. Service is always friendly, efficient and helpful. They will ensure they have stock of the medicine you need and always take dare you receive it on time. There is a delivery option and they take most medical aids. The doctor who has rooms inside is also great. This pharmacy also does blister packing at a really great rate.
OMG the customer service is on another level, Gentlemen at the back I think it was Peter. Well mannered, so professional. He went out of his way to get meds for my baby in their Centurion branch and came to deliver it personally at my place. I was shocked and at the same time happy for such excellent service. Thank you so much. Even the staff is so friendly and how can I forget about the security guard who just made sure I park nicely and greeted me with a smile . Seriously felt like a Queen after my visit there
Outstanding customer service from the team who run this pharmacy. A rarity in this day and age, in SA, to experience such great service.
