The Loft Guesthouse

The good: Secure parking and rooms. Value for money. Booking with Shane was a breeze and he is very accommodating. Facilities were good especially the be and shower. There is a nice pool area. The not so good: When I arrived was never greeted nor shown my room. The lady was more interested in her cellphone. Rooms blinds are broken so you can see through. The light shone through the blinds and my wife couldn't sleep as it was too bright. Pillows are lumpy. Breakfast was served without a smile by the waiter. In conclusion, if you're looking for something inexpensive is will serve as an overnight, but needs better management to become a 4 star rating.

Lynette was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we got there. The room is cosy and comfy and clean with kettle, fridge, microwave and satelite tv. Definately worth the stay. No noise and a very calm environment. We will be going back again.Rooms: 4/5

Had a short but great stay at The Loft. Owners are so welcoming, making one feel at home immediately. Rooms are clean and equipped a small fridge , tv with DSTV, a microwave and jug for boiling water and tea/coffee stuff. Parking is secure. There's a swimming pool and bar on the premises. Breakfast is available if staff is advised on time.

Such amazing hosts they made us feel like family nothing was too much our weekend was fantastic thanks so much for everything we will definitely be back coenie and angelique marie-san and aggie the 4 bowlers.keep up the hard and good work you two

Very friendly and helpfull. These people are absolutely amazing and helped me with a room immediately when I needed a place to prepare for a wedding that afternoon. Room was beautiful and comfortable and she even made and effort so that I had a big mirror that I could use. Thank you for amazing service!

Nice place to be just if they can improve the bedding but overall place is nice and friendly receptionist Rooms: All is good just the bedding need improvement

I wouldn't recommend it. The owner is quite rude. When I moved my bed to plug in the heater I had to fight to get, I found that It was filthy underneath, no nightfrill/electric blanket for the single bed, no hangers in the cupboard, I'm not even sure how clean the bedding is, and the bed is not comfortable. Definitely not coming back here again!

We did not have a very pleasant experience. On arrival the room stank strongly as the toilet hadn't been checked. The overhead fan made a noisy click sound. On reporting we were told it goes away after a while - which it did not. The sheets on my bed were old. The shower needed a clean around the skirtings and inside the shower was stained.

It was very nice. The lady at the counter was to the point but very friendly. You get a nice little wooden box with your keys.... and tea, coffee, sugar and the wi-fi password attached to it. It gets refilled every day. If you're on business and need to use wi-fi though, it wasn't very strong in our room. We'll be back to the Loft any time we come to Kruegersdorp.

Lovely clean comfortable rooms. Perfect for family or business travel. All you need to stay well. Highly recommended. Owner and staff friendly and helpful.
