The receptionist Karin was absolutely lovely and very helpful. The rooms were horrible, the sink was broken and the showers were not clean. There was a dead insect in the fridge and we were given one towel for a three day stay and were given half a toilet roll for three days and there were two of us. We had someone just barge into our room without knocking! Very bad experience!
Awful. Bathroom basin was cracked. Shower wall had signs of what looked like black mildew. Same towel for 3 night stay. They kept draping it over a rack in bathroom and didn't replace it for entire stay. The towels also had an awful smell. 1 1/2 toilet rolls for 2 people for 3 nights!!! Needless to say, I will not return!!!!Rooms: 1/5
I'll definitely visit this guest house again,the owners were soooooo friendly and told us we could check out anytime...I absolutely loved Aviators Rooms: 4/5

It was nice and clean and Carol was very friendly and helpful, would go back anytime I can a chance.
We booked on the 14th May, 1 night stay only, and it was not what we expected. On arrival there was a fight between the young man who I believes is part owner. He was swearing and shouting in front of my 1 year old to another person. The outside, looks like a scrap yard as you go down the hill to the family room. I have mentioned to the owner I have a 1 year old prior to booking, she never informed me that the place was booked for a party. Police was there as well. Parking was a problem, Coffee inside the house is off. And there was a very bad odor, if the room was cleaned there would not have been an odor. The stay was unpleasant. The owner takes no pride in their B&B and they should maybe specify what they are because that does not qualify for a B&B. Make sure you read all the reviews, before planning your stay there, and of course mentioning these problems to the owner and they try to cover up by saying you are rude. Dear Owner take pride in what you do clean the place up, and don't let the part owner maybe your son drink and work with clients it is unprofessional.
We made a booking, got our room number via email but when we got there we were given a different room. While we were out, we received a call from the reception asking to move us to another room because she had made a mistake, she moved our things to an even cheaper room and when we complained they offered free breakfast. I refused to take the breakfast and asked for R200 refund but I only got R150. Mind you I had paid for R750 worth room but got a R650 worth. Was moved from that room so that a white couple can check into it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I will definitely visit this B&B just to experience the warmth and great service Marie and Karin provide. They work very hard to make sure the guests have the best experience which we take for granted as guests.
Grand hospitality. The owner called to check how far we are and if we don't need directions. My Sisters and I were welcomed so well and taken care of. Clean rooms and wonderful view. Well done you have outdone yourself and we are definitely coming back. It's home away from home. Thank you so much
I definitely did not get my money worth on this stay. It was not organized, had to wait hours for a call back to finalize the stay and I felt like I was intruding on a family visit. Room's fan was broken. The area is wonderful and an awesome view, if you choose the right room. No privacy as rooms near pool is too close together. One of the owners has been in a bad mood for 30 years. The lady was very sweet. Wil not recommend this.
