Absolutely adore the look and vibe of The Lot. The staff are always friendly and ready to assist with anything and the music is always pumping making the shopping experience so enjoyable. Thanks to The Lot Regent for providing amazing customer service and an outfit for every occasion ! I've been shopping here for years and can undoubtedly say that this is my go-to boutique when I need a show stopping outfit. I absolutely love The Lot!! It’s undoubtedly a trendsetter. There is a never a day l walk in and leave without buying. I extremely love their clothes, great customer service and the type of music they play. You will feel at home while shopping

You walk In , and immediately you can feel the good energy the store always looking hella good the staff is amazing. The best customer service ever experienced. By far my best store  Gorgeous stock Always on point with the latest trends to choose from , if you haven’t been to any store yet please go you guys are definitely missing out !!!!

Went to the sea point store and it was a terrible experience. 2 of the members of staff were not wearing masks and the other 2 were not wearing the masks correctly. They were incredible rude and unhelpful and seemed generally uninterested. The store was filled beyond social distance capacity and many of the patrons entered the store without masks, clearly knowing that this was allowed within the store. Ridiculous.

If it wasn’t for the super friendly and vibrant staff, I would’ve given a 1. Exceptionally bad quality material and fit of clothing with a ridiculous price tag.
