what a lovely store to visit and such nice staff ! Always ready to assist and do not follow you around as if you're a potential shoplifter. [when will retailers understand that customers like to browse and not asked every 2 mins if they can help ! ]. we often pop in to browse and chat and it has a great atmosphere due to the staff.

The shopping centre is always clean and has a wide variety of stores from pet shops to supermarkets. Restaurants are always open even on sundays and the shopping centre is a very lively bright place. The problems, however, lie with parking systems. If you pay with a credit card, the payment takes ages to authorize. The parking slips have a snapscan barcode. However, this doesn't work and isn't able to be scanned. Until these parking issues are resolved I'm going to have to deduct 2 stars. The mall staff are aware of this issue, but they havn't done anything to resolve it in months.

Staff were more interested in chatting very loudly with the Bidvest Steiner worker. Different types of products not grouped together so finding, for example, mugs, makes it different

Great customer service. Fagmidah may be spelled wrong spent over an hour trying to help while being really kind and patient. Really appreciate it.
