Slow smoked, juicy and tender. We use Grade A Beef Brisket, Pork & Kudu Fillet. The meat is dry rubbed and rested for 24 hrs before smoking for 12-14 hrs with Hickory, Oak or Mesquite chips. Best served on wraps or rolls with scratch made sauces and slaw.
