I was very disappointed by the supposedly flamed grill chicken. The chicken tasted like it was only boiled with no flavour. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy their full chicken. Update: Sent through my contacts but still no contact from Steers
I am impressed. Highly. It was 10mins before the restaurant closed, but they gave us the best service. The burgers tasted better than any Steers Burgers. The fries were amazing. I loved how they folded the fork and spices and sauces into our napkins and it was the cutest thing. They made sure. I was surprised to receive such great service 10mins before closing time. Amazing!
Wanted 2 King Steers Snack Burgers but cashier informed me that the ingredients needed to make the burgers were not available. Ice cream machine was also not working for the upteenth time. Terrible service from such a huge chain fast food take out. Deeply disappointed.
Update July 2022 Under new ownership yet still no delivery service, not impressed at all Order placed over two hours ago, still no delivery. New levels of low have been achieved. About time you HO steps in, this is an embarrassment to the Brand.

Went to Steers Bluwaterbay,,,, did not have small patties for kids,,,, had to ask Debonairs for Jalapeno for the cheesy chips,,,, food were packed in Fish Aways packaging,,, no salt, fork for cheesy chips ext,,,, never again!!!
Went there to order 4 simple meals. There was no other customers and we waited longer than an half an hour for 2 toasties and 2 burgers with chips. When the food arrived at our table there was hair in one of the toasties and the chips was old and cold. We sent the plates back after having a huge argument with the manager where she agreed that the chips was old, and they returned 10 chips on each plate. We did not pay for a burger with 10 chips. Staff are so lazy and selfish. They are very stingy and will not go back there ever again.
Bad service, waited 50 mins for our food , got the wrong milkshakes and when we finally got home there was 2 chips missing.
What a pathetic service..i ordered a green salad and they did not even pack it in so i got home and noticed so then i had to go back to get it and then it did not even look like a green salad.Wil never go back there again!
Such bad service! Had to drive back because they gave me the wrong online order. This was not the first time but definitely the last because a burger is not worth all this hassle
