Worst service I've ever got , the shop is no different from spaza shops those ladies don't even use their tills they just think of a price you'll go there today to buy something and next week it will be 50% plus that amount and they say they don't do returns if you already bought you already bought .

The service from the ladies at the actual shop is the most appalling I think they need to swop with the gentlemen who actually fill your tank. Those girls are the rudest bunch I've ever met. That garage is not convenient at all for some of us. I fail to understand why someone would apply for a customer service position where they just lack customer service. The service there is very poor, numerous complains I have logged to the manager regarding their behaviour and they are rude to you infront of the manager itself, you have to repeat yourself countless time in order for them to get your order right. Or you have to wait for them to 'count money' only then when they are finished they will assist you....oooh but in the interim they can leave the money counting to assist the petrol attendants but not you as the customer. It is really disgusting what we have to put up with!!!!!!!!!!!!
