Yhoo there's this lady named Ayanda, she once told me she doesn't serve ugly people I know I'm not that good looking but to embarrass me in front of my daughter and other people was so rude. I told her never to serve me again. And today she came up to me and reminded her not to serve, she just laughed out and told me not to worry she will never serve with a big attitude. I guess nothing was done when I reported her that's why she's got such big attitude. I would rather go somewhere else never filling up there again.
Always have to wait to get served for petrol. Most times no compressed air for tyres. Pumps frequently not working
Just been to your shop,23:50, to find arrogant cashiers at the window. Report to Engen Head Office pending
Concerned about possible fuel fraud. Went in to top up the last 1/3 of tank before going into Addo. Based on our fuel log we expected it to be around 16L but it was 36L!! We're not sure what happened but it's a little suspicious so watch out.
R68 for a 5ooml oil. Other Engens charge R48. Spoke to the attendant and he said lots of people complain. Will spend my money at the garage up the road. The owner is obviously not interested in clients complaining. Lekker Heinz
The service at the Engen is absolutely atrocious. This is the second time within 3 days of receiving poor customer service. The first time Steers never placed my deliver order, when I called an hour later they eventually rectified it and the food arrived cold. Today I order pizza, almost 2 hours and nothing has still arrived. I can assure you this will be the last time using their services, I'm appalled.
*UNRELIABLE* New owner has absolutely no idea how to sell fuel, nearly 50% of the time they don't have... I highly suggest starting to avoid this Engen all together and filling up in town
Pathetic service from Engen in Bluewater Bay. No water in the cans to fill up my radiator water. The attendant who had to fetch water inside just didnt came back. I just left after a while. I will definitely fill up somewhere else next time.
The petrol pumps are always out of petrol, considering they're the only patrol station i would expect them to have petrol at all times, but no, don't use it anymore as everytime i go there they don't have petrol
Fuseka at the petrol pumps has the worst attitude ! And its not the first time she treats us badly and complains when she is asked to clean the window or pump the tyres.
