The Paddocks, Dainfern Ridge

Messy and noisy public spaces. Terrible cellular signal. Unhelpful guards. Worst Airbnb stay ever. Thank god I’m out of here soon.

The Security Guards are rude,they treat visitors and residents like a piece of trash and no one does anything about it. I would never recommend this place.

Do not bother yourself. The complex is not well maintained at all. The stoves do not have a hood/canopy The wardrobe doors are sliding and are very fragile poor quality. The kitchen counters are falling apart. Once you use steel wool on the stove, the numbers are gone. The facial boards are falling off. One literally broke and hung from the side of the building like a wrecking ball and no one bothered to get it fixed even though there are parked cars in close proximity. The noise that was caused by it was unbearable. Imagine experiencing that for weeks and it's by the bedroom exactly. I would not advise anyone to stay at The Paddocks. If you want proper things like me, don't waste your time.

A well ordered shopping center in an affluent suburb. Good for shopping

The place is extremely secure 10 out of 10. The overall maintenance is very good. I don't know how many times the windows are washed but it needs a desperate cleaning. The bins isn't washed regularly and can become smelly. The workers needs to be reminded that many people still work from home and the men become quite load in the morning reporting to the their different working locations. They just need to tone their voices down a bit.

We looked at buying an apartment here but the build quality wasn’t great. Friends did buy here and didn’t have a good experience. It might be fine to rent but I would caution people buying here
