This place is fine and quiet. they just need to work on their conference rooms. The ventilation needs an upgrade. their meal is tasty and strike a balance between african and western.Service: 5/5
Beautiful and convenient hotel only thing they could add in their rooms are the usb plugs so that one does not have to carry a whole adapter for their charger otherwise clean.
I'm giving this hotel one star because of their horrible food.. We had a Principals Meeting today 05 January 2023 and we were not impressed with the breakfast they served us, we had to complain to the management to give us more breakfast.... Okay we thought they were gonna improve with lunch and guess what?? Lunch was even more horrible, they only offered us Pap no rice no dumpling nor samp there were just no variety to choose from... Their chicken was worse not even fresh!! Ai guys really not impressed with their food
Very neat, animals are well looked after. Alot of fresh food and water for animals. Nice atmosphere with swimmingpool for kids and restaurant with delicious food to order. Family outing from very small to adult.
The changes made here deserves a 10/10 perfect,great spot to just unwind love it

Spacious, clean rooms!! Enough cupboard space!!! A beautiful sol desk to work or study on. A table and chairs in the room to allow us to comfortably have a meal. Big bathroom & spacious shower. Breakfast was amazing, I like that the manager Junior Maboya was always around to monitor the flow of the kitchen staff. 1 morning we went down to breakfast at 09:45 while breakfast closes at 10, we mentioned that some of the food was finished & the manager took it upon himself to come to our table to apologize even though in my eyes, we were also to blame for coming so late & to explain why they aren't filling the breakfast station. Breakfast variety was also top shelf Also, I absolutely love the greenery around the hotel Super amazing

Fantastic for our week long work trip in the area. Wonderful staff, spacious clean rooms, great restaurant and buffet. They make it very easy for the many working people that pass through with great WiFi, lunch packs and service. Great value.Rooms: 5/5
