Our social, expressive arts and learning academy is based in Durban North and provides children with special learning needs with an alternative learning environment within their community.
With a focus on social, emotional, and creative independence, this untraditional learning environment offers a unique approach to the otherwise "square peg, round hole" education.
Our aim is to provide these members of our community with a therapeutic educational environment, that facilitates, social, emotional, creative expression and learning for individual achievement.
In addition to assisting individuals with special needs, we have The SEAL Volunteer network: - A vast database of volunteers, from private individuals, to trained professionals, whose lives we hope to enrich and promote in thanks for their selfless giving, and reward for their time.

To develop the necessary skills, attitudes and values to enable them to fulfill meaningful and effective roles in society. We aim to develop social, expressive, artistic and learning opportunities. We aspire to get each Down syndrome student to reach their full potential according to their individual special abilities, which would empower the students with self-confidence and feelings of self-worth.
