Absolutely FANTASTIC stay! The view is amazing!!! The staff are attentive and friendly. My room was well supplied and serviced with care. And such a blessing to have great fiber, inverters and a generator, allowing me to be 'immune to loadshedding'. The 12-seater boardroom made for a great meeting venue for clients too. Truely a gem. 5 stars isn't enough!
STUNNING SETTING, honestly the cleanest guest house with friendly smiling staff and a wonderful breakfast. Great coffee. We will definitely be back. Very relaxing. Comfy bed.Rooms: 5/5
A beautiful Guest house with the perfect location. Overlooking the ocean and table mountain. Situated on a quiet corner, and a few steps away from a little swimming bay. The staff are lovely and the whole environment is calm and inviting

Wonderful place, well decorated with lots of charm. We've spent only 3 day's and on leaving we felt it was too short. Very nice guest house with a wonderful breakfast and best of all everyone around you are competing to please you. Definitely will be back as we found peace and tranquility.
Excellent position by the beach in Bloughbergstrand. Circa 20/25 mins from the airport. Also close to a large shopping mall. Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and there's a honesty bar available. Parking available for 6/7 cars on site if your hiring a car. Will definitely return there on next visit to Cape Town.
I was truly impressed. The view was of course fantastic. For Blouberg, so was the location. And a quick drive into CPT! What made my stay special was the warm welcome and attention by Mabel and her team. And I love the layout of common areas. A wonderful place to kick back and relax. I don’t often get a chance to visit the Capetown area – but next time I do, The Sir David will be top of my list. Thanks again. Jan Wehebrink
While the setting is perfect and the guesthouse itself was lovely and clean, I was greeted with a scolding at the front desk due to a minor misunderstanding that had nothing to do with me. I received no kindness thereafter and felt quite unwelcome during my stay.
The Sir David Guesthouse is on the shores of Small Bay and the views are amazing. The staff are friendly and professional and the rooms are neat. One of the best guesthouses in an amazing location in Blouberg, Cape Town.Rooms: 5/5
Big room, very clean, special swimming pool with semi salty water. Staff is also very friendly. I had the suite which was superbe, the only negative Point was the amount of tv channels only 10, small tv and poor Quality. But you don't go there to watch tv : breakfast was also okay.
