What a pleasure to deal with. Everyone went out of their way to help with a product that wasn't even theirs. They even brought in other people when they needed help. Will recommend them in a heartbeat. Caravan came back clean and sorted

Arrived 20 minutes before closing, no-one to help. Seems the store is self service for tha last half an hour, had to answer their phone myself.

Customer service is very Poor. I booked my trailer in for a service on a Wednesday, was told it would take about a day. It took nearly a week and I had to continuously phone them to find out if it was ready. They keep on promising they will phone back but never do.

The Admin woman who works there, Nicolene is extremely incompetent. I had to consistently follow up with her for the banking details to PAY THEM in order to secure my trailer. And when I call her to request she send me the banking details, 2 weeks and 4 emails later emails that were not responded to..she gave me the most unnecessary sass as if I'm being an in convenience to her! What a joke! Echo4x4 do better!

What a great experience. Darren helped us all the way with lots of helpfull info. Even after they closed on a Saturday. Thanks Echo. And the products is of a very high quality

Went to see the Chobe. Was told to go upstairs and that someone will show me around. Walked around about 20mins no one came. Left without being helped. I guess Bush lapa is the answer.
