They deserve no star. I do not recommend this place at all. They sweet talk from the start but when you want to cancel they first ask why then the call gets dropped. When I called again they told me to hold...then call got declined. Third time I called they asked for my ID and then call got declined. I messaged them on their website and an agent said someone would call me..one of their agents only gave me a missed call. When I called back there was an automated voice and the next moment declined...Extremely frustrated. I am a student studying and now have to deal with this!!!
The Unlimited is honestly so draining, they are crooks, even trying to cancel their policy is such a struggle for me. They promise to call you back ,they never do. Come month end they debit the account. Everytime I call they transfer me to the specialist and the call gets cut off. I have sent emails and promised to get response in 3 days but nothing ever happens. It's frustrating.
My son cancelled his policy by email a couple of months ago. He did not get any response back and the debit order kept going off monthly. He then telephonically cancelled the policy. He received a sms to confirm that the policy has been cancelled. But still the debit order keeps going off monthly. The debit order was very quickly activated, but to get it stopped, not so easy. You are quick to take advantage of young people with little life experience. STILL NO FEEDBACK after 3 emails was sent. You are really a unreliable and unethical company.
Had bad experience. I canceled my scratch and dent cover 5 months ago. Until today they are still taking the premium. My duty is to call every month for refund. What is so difficult to stop this deduction. I am not recommending their services to anyone
My wife has had the worst of experiences with this organization. She took out scratch and dent cover and hadn't claimed for over 2-3 yrs. The first claim we put in, was immediately rejected. Apparently the paint peeling was the issue, which was not what we were claiming for. After escalating this, it was reviewed and rejected again. We then canceled our cover, after payijg so many years and not getting the service we paid for. They were still debiting my wife's account after we canceled only to find out a few months later that they started debiting her account again. How is it possible to stop a debit and restart a debit after a few months, if a client has canceled? Their service has just been poor overall and I would like to make anyone dealing with them aware of our poor experience.
They have recently started deducting my premiums over the wrong date and they promised to load me the same amount as my premium in airtime which has been happening until last year when they increased their premiums for the past year I have called 5 times if not more to fix this problems with no resolution. So I cancelled my 4 year membership today.
Absolutely the worst company to deal with. I've asked them countless times to remove my number from their database and stop calling but the exact words of their representative was "I cannot do that. It is not my job". I'd rate them even lower if it was possible. Don't understand how anyone does business with you.
I took out a policy for my mom. Getting this claim paid is soo stressful. They're telling me this is not a funeral policy but a death policy. When they signed me up, they didn't explain the difference. I put in this claim on the 24th January. My mom's funeral is on Sunday 5th Feb, and they are still giving me stories about the claim being under assessment, since Wednesday. You don't deserve even a single star by the way. Just pay the claim so that you're out of my system for good! You have made this process so stressful. Even had to acquire a letter of authority because you failed to advise that I should add a beneficiary to the policy.
In violation of the POPI Act. My personal information is being misused. I get around 4 calls per day, even after asking for my details to be removed. YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO CONTACT ME. Truly The Unlimited... Unlimited calls each and every day.
Useless scratch and dent policy they will approve the 1st claim after that every claim will be rejected. Also i was told that the unlimited will be getting me the qoute i will just have to take my vechical to the pannel shop which never happened!! Debited my acc after 2 months know they making it seem like its my fault very pour customer service dont recommend the unlimited to anyone!!!
