We booked the honeymoon suit, the room was extremely dusty, it was as if it has not been used in months and no one bothered to refresh it. At first we didn't notice the dust but after an hour I noticed my husband's breathing that something was wrong , I knew already it was either moulds or dust. We had to immediately check out because my husband is asthmatic, however they refused to refund us. I have been communicating with Sally and all she does is ignore my messages. I can never refer anyone there.

The owner Olga is really an ambassador for her business..... friendly and professional. The services is outstanding and, the place is worth recommending..... my sister and I will definitely again make use of facility in future. Definitely 5 quality.

It is a lovely house and quiet area. When we arrived my husband and I felt uncomfortable, the lady at reception didn't know whether she was coming or going. The next morning we went for breakfast the lady who served us wasn't very friendly she looked miserable and also got the order wrong. I feel that proper staff training should be provided to the staff as all of them are only there for a couple of months and already seem unhappy. Loved the area and the house but will never go back again
