Me and My wife got married on 17th December and was desperately looking for a place to stay for the weekend. We managed to get a booking at very short notice and was lucky to book in late. The stay was awesome and very relaxing. We requested if our family can come and visit and management approved in an instant. Family enjoyed the sun and the awesome swim. Thank you to management and the staff that had to deal with all of my wifes requests. See you soon again!!

The place was hired for a wedding. Contract was signed but nothing on the contract was done. Opposite of contract. Wedding was too take place on the 18 February 2023. She cancelled and only gave half the money back. Due to her contract giving misinformation. Bad serviceService: 1/5

We booked in late on Saturday night the 15 Oct'22 after making pre arrangements earlier the evening. After we paid they booked us in the Violet room. When we arrived late by midnight after a busy day we where shock to found dirty bedding and bath sheets in the room. In the bathroom there was still used floss and cotton and the floor mat was still wet . The place was so dirty and nothing like the pictures. The early the next morning I reported and shown the person in the office the pictures I took the evening when we arrived. He apologized and I ask to speak to the manager or owner as we paid R800 for a very unpleasant stay. Raelene firstly blame her staff and offered me a 50% discount on our next stay. I declined as I will never stay in that place again. She offered that her accountant will refund me Friday the 21 Oct'22. The refund was never done. She blocked me on my number and dont answer emails. I have whatsApp messages where she took the booking and agree to refund in full. I have also photos of the dirty room and bedding.

The place is not up to stand not all rooms look the ones advertised it. Rouleen the owner or manager is extremely unprofessional rude and racist. The employees also seem as if they are even afraid to call her. She called a tenant to speak to me the phone was on speaker and she was making racial discriminating commentsRooms: 1/5

I would recommend this place to everyone who values professional customer service and who wants to really having a good time. Raelene and her staff was super friendly and always checking in to hear if we need anything. The place is hygienic and very neat. Trust me when I say Raelene and her staff will literally go the extra mile to make sure you have a comfortable stay - she did it for me. ALREADY PLANNING MY NEXT VISIT!!!!

Dirty , smelly ,noisy from next rooms, beds not prepared for me when booked in... was very disappointed... Will never book there again..could notvget thier email i wanted to lodge my complaint formerly..

I spent nearly two weeks at this venue. The first few days, I thought it was fine, not the cleanest but not the worst. Then it went from okay to mediocre. I occupied the Blue room and then the silver room, which is bigger and quite suitably equipped. The worst about this place are the staff and the management. The staff is untrained and unsupervised, management clearly interesting in the income rather than the actual running of the business. During my stay, the electricity went off 3 times due to management failure to prevent and furnish in due time and we waited nearly 30 mins for occurrence 1 and 2. The third event occurred when I occupied the Silver room where the meter box is. At 6pm I told the caretaker that there was 30 units left and he said he would get it sorted. At 10pm, upon getting my 3 years old to bed, I went to remind him, to which he replied he was still waiting for the owner to send. By 11pm, 3 units left and me unable to sleep because the room for which I paid R650/night contained the box, I resulted in calling the owner. The lady, unapologetically told me "not to mingle in her business and not to tell her how to run her business because she has 2 guest houses". She completely disregarded that 1.I am a customer 2.I have a toddler 3.The room is unbelievably HOT and with NO windows 4.I never told her how to run it but simply emphasised the emergency of the situation 5.I am not her employee and should not be kept awake because of their mismanagement while I signaled to them the electricy was running out hours ago!!! I did not understand why the dining area and most of the rooms where unoccupied and when they weren't, it was simply due to the fact that it's peak season and all the other decent places were fully booked. All in all, the worst about this place remain the rude and arrogant owner, the uninterested and inadequate staff. If you want a night to do your private business away from prying eyes, this place can provide that. If what you are looking for is a decent accomodation for more than 2-3 days, keep away from this place. I am absolutely disappointed, it has so much potential.

Firstly, when I called to enquire regarding availability, the person on the phone sounded very abrupt. Then I asked about fees involved and received a different price than that on the website. I then told her I would call back thinking that she might be occupied with something other than our call. Upon calling back I was abruptly asked whether I was taking the room or not. I replied yes and she took my details. The entire conversation with her made me feel like we would not be welcome there but my boyfriend said things might be different when we get there... The gentleman who check us in was extremely welcoming completely opposite of my telephone experience. I asked him about who answers their phone and he said the owner :-0 The room was cramped but nice and livable for one night... During the night I woke up with what sounded like gates opening and closing, this went on for quite a while... In the morning we came out only to find that we have been parked in...so then there was the search for the owner of the car parked behind us...needless to say I arrived late at my destination and my boss wasn't impressed with me...This is not an experience I would wish on anyone else...definitely not worth recommending to anyone....

We were desperate as our previously bookedound accommodation had fallen through , easy to book , lovely rooms , welcoming and helpful staff , Patricia was great. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity. Thanks for your hospitality. Susan Wright & AlexMcLean.
