Almost Home Guesthouse

Had a real fantastic time here, this was as said , really home, a piece of Cape Town given from the heart with a warm welcome. The owners , Neil and his wife going the extra mile to help where they can, thanks again for even dropping us off at Cape Town International airport.The stay was short but sweet, for our next visit to S.A. we sure to spend at your place as we found it to be close to places we went to see and even just a 15 to 20 minutes drive to the beach! Service and hospitality was great, day rate is very very reasonable and your place, just rustig. Thanks again for all you've done for us guys, much appreciated!! Percy.

Very nice place, friendly staff including the owner. I had a peacefully rest and I love everything about them. Shops are close and is accessible to transport and everything else. Keep up the good work. Will definitely come again. Thanks Melanie

Melanie and her husband are the friendliest hosts you will meet in a long time. They are very hands-on and the place is beautiful.

It was not a stay i have been using Melanie for the past 3 years...two weeks back i booked 3 rooms with her and the day before i was to check in after i told her i will see her the next day she only tells me she only have two rooms available...i than asked her why after i made a booking for 3 rooms she did not reply just ignored me on saturday i asked her if the 2 rooms is still available she said yes we must come fetch the keys i told her i was at a function and will be sending my mommy....she waits until my mommy gets there to say she is not giving the keys to her i must come fetch it and i must give her a time when i will be back....she was very nasty with them and treated them like criminals this woman dissapointed me ao much

Host unfriendly and stalker, kitchen is unavailable to use, house smells, cloths and towels is dirty, and pool is unacceptable
