I like to support the black business and I like this place but the only problem I have in this place is the noise. It's not from the guest its the stuff. This is a business place please keep that on the mind.

Poor customer service no air supper hot in the room booking for 3 night wanted to cancel without even staying for a minute owner wanted R300 just for canceling. Guys book sameone else please!!!

The score is Zero 0...the owner is arrogant and he treated us like non entities....He was extremely rude to us....the state of his rooms is appalling...the bedding nd the bed are not good condition..we couldn't sleep a wink...we asked for our refund on the 2nd day . We were told that we wont get it

I called to ask for rates, didn't the guy say we are young? Very poor customer service. How much more if we went there, maybe it would've been the worst experience. People always say support black business but those 'black' people don't know how to speak to customers, even the way he answered the phone was soo unprofessional!

The best hospitality in town, the staff is great and are always there when you need them. I will definitely be coming back.
