Ordered on Friday and the package arrived on Monday! Excellent customer service on their Facebook page as well, they went above and beyond, even went so far as to put labels of colour names on a picture for me so I could choose the colour I liked. Will definitely be buying from them again!
First time purchaser here! I was just about to contact you all to tell you THANK YOU SO MUCH for my and my friend's order! We saw your advert for the One Scarf One Ball that just came out and we couldn't pass up the price and those gorgeous colors! The most difficult was what to choose. I ordered over the weekend and to my surprise, on Monday, I was seeing updates on our order - from sorted to ready for pickup to collected, etc. I think I was gobsmacked as I barely get half of that when ordering from other established online stores! Can you get every other company who sells online to be as efficient like this?! We received our order today and we are so very happy! Thank you so much for your stock, fair price, and outstanding efficiency. My only regret is not personally dealing with your staff just so I can tell you how much we appreciate the ease! I emailed The Wool Shoppe because their website hasn’t got all the pictures of stock loaded yet and they responded so quickly, sent me photos the next day, I placed the online order and got a message from them almost immediately to say they would get the order out that Friday afternoon and it got delivered by the delivery company the following Monday! I’m so happy with the service and I’ll definitely be shopping there again! Quick and efficient service with friendly staff, I was thoroughly impressed.
Phenomenal service! I wanted to spoil a very close friend of mine and her daughter and know my friend loves crocheting, so I thought of gifting her a voucher/coupon to spoil herself and to introduce her daughter to the craft. I was immensely happy with the product and the speedy delivery and will definitely be ordering again. The baby wool is amazing and so easy to crochet with. Would highly recommend to all those knitting and crochet ladies out there!
