I placed an order about a week ago, I did pay for next day delivery but unfortunately there were some unforeseen issues with the couriers vehicle. I contacted the owner of Ultimatestore and every time I contacted about the progress of my package I almost immediately got a response. I received my package today and the owner even sent me a gift along with it to make up for the delay. I can say that this business is legit and does deliver.
Very happy! I ordered Masters of the Universe Origins figures from the online store. There was a slight delay, but I was kept informed and taken care of every step of the way. The Figures arrived in perfect condition. Real care was put into the packaging so that the actual packaging of the figures was in tip-top condition. Customer service was friendly and understanding. The goods are exactly what I wanted at a very good price. What more could you want out of a business transaction? Thank You UltimateStore! If I'm ever in JHB I will surely stop by.
I ordered products for over R1500 on 1 January this year. Emails are seldom responded to and phone calls are never answered. Excuses so far are - I gave been sick, had trouble with my phone, waiting for a large shipment from Hong Kong, can do part shipment never done . I regret placing an order and would not recommend anybody to do so .
A well stocked affordable shop with your home at heart
Placed an order in November last year and I'm still waiting for my products. Owner told me he would refund me, but keeps on postponing it. When I phone, he won't answer, but answers the phone when I phone from a different number. If you would like to know more, please contact me and I will send you 10 months of communication and you can judge for yourself. Update: Still waiting for contact from the store. Saw that they had two of the items I ordered in stock, but was not updated or contacted. I will keep updating this review until my order hopefully arrives.
Since my last review I still have had no contact from the owner, no update and no products. It has been 11 months since I placed my order and paid the full amount of all the products I ordered. The worst shopping experience I have ever had. Sincerely hope the owner will make contact and resolve this.
Awesome collection of stuff at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend giving them a look.
