I WANT MY MONEY. They failed to tailor my wife's 2 dresses and my shirt. We paid a deposit and on the day we were supposed to come for a fitting, the fabrics we bought there were still in the plastic on top of the Receptionist's table. Now it's almost over a month and the receptionist keeps making excuses for Finance. I want the owner or manager's details please. This is unacceptable. I've been buying fabrics at this store for over 2 years.

I cancelled an order. And I'm still waiting for my refund. So if you do buy from this company make sure you place the correct order, or else you will never get your money back. I've taken it up with my bank now, I hope they'll be able to sort it all out for me. Because sending emails that fall on deaf ears isn't my cup of tea.

I paid to collect my fabric and was happy with the service. Drove from Johannesburg to pay them a visit. It might be worth noting that the prices one sees online are not the prices one finds in store. The explanation fell flat but I opted to make it sense-full. it’s normal prices in store. All in all, I’d recommend their services.

what a disgusting service I received from ankara's baby company Lethu Textiles i placed an order that took a week and some days to be delivered. After delivery mh order was short tried calling as usual they didn't answer, after I changed and used someone else number the lady answered and she was nasty and said "mistakes do happen so what do you want us to do"i couldn't believe my ears for a moment then I said refund my money, up to today I still haven't received it. I will never buy from them. u gate their service and wish more people can be warned they are indeed fly by night.

Worst service ever. Poor management. The staff and management need serious training on how to handle complaints, how to answer the phone.I asked for my refund ,they informed me that I must expect it after 21 working days.They informed me after 10days I asked for it. Ankara management pull up your socks ,your service SUCKS,PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have being buying my fabrics to this company and our relationships it's good, their services is excellent with stunning fabrics. They have good qualities of fabrics with good prices too..You will never go wrong with this company, you can say they are good in everything because they make sure to deliver in time and keep you updated if they are any delays. To them their customers happiness comes first and when we are happy they are happy too

Ankara In Faerie Glen has the worst tailors ever. They made my daughter a two piece set that was awfully made. The skirt has a huge allowance for curve, The back Slip came to her bums, worse in the morning the side stitch came out. I asked the guy to reduce the curves he refuses insisting that it will fit her.

I made my first purchase on the 15th of December 2020 and received it today which is the 17th. I must say that I am impressed and will definitely be making more purchases from you. The service was speedy & efficient, thank you for a great 1st time experience, you have a new found and loyal customer in me... Keep it up!!!

I would strongly suggest avoiding this company at all costs. They don’t deliver their products and are impossible to get through to - no one has responded to any of my emails or messages.

I’ve been buying fabrics from this company since 2017. At the time, I remember I used to send a WhatsApp to them and they’d send pictures of everything that they have in stock for me to choose from. Until they introduced an online shop, which is very convenient for browsing and purchasing. It is very secure and user-friendly. My experience with them since 2017 and in all their various platforms has been nothing short of amazing. They have a way of making me feel like I’m the only customer in the world, if I may put it. They sell the most beautiful fabrics with such good quality. They understand the importance of convenience from the point of purchase up to delivery. I love how they consistently maintain a pleasant manner in attending to all queries of any nature. There is always such warmth in whatever interaction you get with them.
