Always soooo helpful
I have been a patron since thrives inception and to my regret have resolved never to return. The pharmacist, Wendy if I'm not mistaken refused an appropriate emergency supply of my medication which if not taken daily at the same time can make one quite seriously ill. This mindless bureaucracy flies in the face of the supposed ethos of the establishment
Very organized and friendly staff. Selection of products is good, The Doctors on site are knowledgable and friendly
8.05am and all the staff and customers are waiting outside for the 8.00am opening.
We have bought from Thrive many times online and I have never been anything but 100% satisfied with their service and delivery times. Thanks for a truly great online shopping epxerience!

What a disappointment. They started off so well with the refurbishment and the new concept. Service has deteriorated considerably. We have always supported them since they are a small business, but having a script filled is a nightmare. It takes forever. It seems the script and medication has to be checked multiple times. I was there last week and approached two pharmacists who were not serving anybody. When I approached the first she indicated I approach the second. The second simply pointed to an empty position beside her. I moved there and nobody approached me for service. I eventually moved to the over-the- counter section where a person was standing unoccupied. I approached him and requested an anti-spasmodic. He did not acknowledge my presence and simply shouted to someone at the back. I asked him whether he was attending to my request, he simply ignored me. This business does not deserve your support. Their private agendas and egos are obviously more important than attending to customers. We are now supporting Dischem.

Great Pharmacy, excellent clinic service! i was sadly disappointed by one of the senior Male pharmacists, who was extremely rude though he believed he was being frank about my medical aid, sadly cannot recall his name, but i recall the face and i will never go to his counter for service. He was so rude he broke my heart!
Great community pharmacy that caters to working families of the Upper Highway hence is open after-hours and also on Saturdays and Sundays for a limited time. Thrive Pharmacy is happy to deliver if medications are temporarily out of stock, and are always happy to go the extra mile. Their biggest draw-card possibly is the Clinic with nurses available for vaccinations, blood tests, checking blood pressure and sugar levels amongst many other activities. There is a nurse from 9am to 12pm on Saturdays and from 8am to 6pm weekdays.
