The most beautiful spot in Pietermaritzburg... A must visit .... Thank you for the best service ever... The food was amazing as well...
We had a Picnic Birthday for my Daughter and the children had lots of fun. The food was amazing. Beautiful family atmosphere, friendly staff. Favourite was toasting marshmallows and enjoying the warm fire. We loved it.
Perfect to visit on a warm sunny day. Beautiful setting. Great for kids. Lovely turkish restaurant. The food was great. They have turkish tea and baklava and knefah as well. We ordered the veg pide, adana kebab, lamb seesh and chicken sheesh. Everything was great.
A well maintained, beautiful place suitable for the whole family. It is literally a breath of fresh air with a serene setting. The restaurant waitrons are very efficient and helpful. I wish they could expand the menu to include a western menu as well for the picky eaters. Apart from that I’d definitely go again. The bonus was a strictly halal menu.
Beautiful place. Great kids area, lots of animals on the farm. There is a Turkish restaurant on the park, it serves a few delectable items on menu. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Awesome awesome food and experience. The hospitality is second to none. Venue is also great for functions. Peaceful and beautiful. Scenery takes u away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
I will definitely give the landscaping and area a 5 star as it was tranquil and beautifully maintained. However coming all the way from Durban to PMB on the 02/01/2023, the restaurant was understaffed and from what we could gather, those who were already waiting for their order were waiting pretty long. I do understand it was a public holiday + lack of staff is becoming a very common business problem however a business should be prepared for an influx of visitors on the public holidays. My family and I explored the gardens and made our way to the restaurant only to observe the other customers coming into the kitchen to ask “how much longer?” We sat at our table for approximately 10minutes without ANYONE attending to us. Two long rows of approx. 20 people each sat waiting for their meals and it only left my family of 5 to realise that we will be waiting pretty long for our 1. order to be taken & 2. For our meals to be prepared. We decided to leave that means, drive back to Dbn. My point… under the circumstances I can understand as to why the restaurant could not operate efficiently however, the owners and managers should take my, and similar customer’s, experience as a lesson to improve the customer service and be prepared for the demand. Everything of the best!
Beautiful place to spend the day with family. Has a halaal restaurant on site that serves Turkish food. Animals and a park for kids to enjoy a day out.
The peaceful, safe environment has a multitude of activities to keep the young ones occupied, from feeding animals, to nature trails, and picnic facilities. The coffee shop is enchanting, with an authentic taste of turkey. Try Turkish coffee for the coffee connoisseur.
We had a lovely experience, eating Turkish food and walking in the beautiful gardens. A great place to take kids.
