I have a love/hate relationship with this spur. I go there mainly because it is one of the 2 decent restaurants we have in Hammansraal. They lack consistency; you just never know on the day you go if you will get good food. Sometimes the food comes out cold, often the wings but they are quick to correct it. I recently had a burger and the patties were cold. I've had good ribs, fatty ribs and hard ribs....inconsistency is a big problem there.

Thabiso just changed my rating for this spur he was terrible, he took 30mins just to take my order, an hour to bring the food I ordered food for my husband while he was passing Bela Bela he got there before his food arrived it took another 30 mins to get there I didn't like today's service it was poor I even asked if he was new thought maybe his still in training was disappointed when he said his not new he needs to learn people skills and the 3 stars are for the great food you guys are always serving us with big up to the kitchen staff Kid-friendliness: I love how they look out for our little ones and the staff looking after the kids is very friendly and patient with the kids it's very welcoming

I enjoyed my self and also a great service from the team, the food was amazing and how can I forget my waiter Moses what a great service from himthank you so much..

What happened to this nice Spur?. I had to clean my own table. Table dirty. Seat dirty. Even old used and discarded sweets paper came in the booklet containing my bill. My temperature was also not taken at door. If they do not shape up they are going to have to respond to a lot of COVID 19 infections. How can you not follow COVID guidelines? It is irresponsible. I know. I had COVID 19 and am a survivor of this killer. Please follow protocols.
