Doesn't really stock the things you go there for . But it's a good shop for the small things
Very little help offered to customers. We needed assistance and where there for more than an hour not once did someone ask can we help. The shop was clean and we organised but only one trolley and it was used by staff, we were however offered the trolley after we paid.
My favourite place!!! Love to play with all the toys. Wow!! There is excellent science and creative kits!! Staff very helpful and friendly.
Love the wide range of Toys they stock, it's not the biggest toy store but they cover a wide variety.

Today i want to really complaint. The reason why i am really really upset. We went to toys r us wonderboom junction to buy something for my one year old grandchild. Get to the till on a Sunday, one teller working. Secondly there is no change for in the till. On a r 206. 60 transaction, where we paid with r 300, they gave us coins as change. Then only when we got home, i would realize that the one item went throught with the wrong amount. R 10 might not be a lot, but imagine with every transaction they 'steel' r 10. I am really not very happy or impres with them.
Store was quiet, staff willing to help at till. Would have like to see staff on the floor helping customers.
I also love popping in here when I'm at the mall. I've been lucky enough to get a few good deals on R99 Funky pops quite a few times, managed to buy the cutest Panda Plush toy and some gifts for my little cousins and admitted a coloring book for myself here on various occasions. The staff always greet me warmly when I drop by. Would recommend it for finding gifts or just some spoils!
