As a supplier working closely with the bereaved family and capturing very precious memories of the deceased hands, I was appalled by the reception I received at the mortuary. Doing 7 hands in record time with 3 people constantly looking over your shoulder rudely prompting you to finish now as they want to go. Not even 17h00! I will not recommend any supllier or family to make use of their services ever!
