I called in the morning to check for size and the guy answered told me they are too busy n I must give him SKU, I then directed him where to find the shoe cause I wanted to confirm the size before I go all the way there, while I was asking him his name he dropped the Phone on me as much as he was inpatient. When I called back it had a busy tone, I had to go all the way to the store only to find out the size was smaller than the one I wanted,that could have been sort out through the phone instead,cause I gave him the name of the shoe n where it was but instead he told me he Googled it but he can't find it which if he walk to where I directed him to check he would have saved us both time than busy googling n asking me for SKU. That was rude n bad customer service at that... It doesn't deserve a star at all

I love the shoes here, and that chubby girl, she is a sales person I think, she was very helpful, I wanted a boot and they didn't have my size, she even convinced me to get a different pair...

A large variety of footwear to choose from. They requirely have sales on old stock. My only complaint is the price being too high even on kids shoes and the lack of small sizes for adults. Overall good quality and durable shoes that could last years.

Went to pick up a pair of shoes I had ordered on sunday. When I arrived on the tuesday, the man that helped me, said he didn't have the shoes I'd ordered and he didn't even remember me despite us having a lengthy conversation to order the shoes and take my details. Won't be returning here. Would've given 0 stars if it was possible.

Staff was wonderful helped with an online return voucher that was used in-store. Thank you very much to all at this store!
