I had been going to Sorbet for about 2 years and one day decided to give Treat Nails a try and its only been my 3rd time now but I can said I wish I started using Treat Nails earlier. I had such issues with facial hair that I had to go every week for a wax but from the first wax at Treat Nails it was so much better and not only was the treatment so good but when I explained my problem I was meet with concern and I was told how to reduce the growth of hair. I didnt feel embarrassed actually felt so comfortable that I added more treatments. Like I said its only been my 3rd time but the difference is AMAZING! I already can wait for 2 weeks to wax so ladies who suffer the way i do its worth the drive. Oh and to top it off its so affordable so you dont have any excuse not to try Treat Nails. I do not recommend this place! Their nails lasted ONE week . They make it seem like your concerns and complaints are valued but when I raised a concern about nails lifting after a week . They came with excuses. Their technician failed to mention technicalities that would affect the quality of their work . I brought up my concerns and was completely disregarded! I do my manicures and pedicures here and can I say; for the 3 years I’ve been with them, I have never had a bad experience. The nail techs are amazing and so friendly. Literally every design I have come with; they have mastered. Just recently I have done my lashes with the owner. This was my first time ever doing lash extensions and the owner was so brilliant. Truly a pleasure and I look forward to every appointment.Services: Manicure
This place does not take appointments, they accept walk ins only for their nail appointments. I went in on a Monday morning at 9, waited for them to setup but was first in the queue. The service was good, my nails are still on almost 2 weeks later which is good. However my cousin was with and it took almost 3 hours for her nails to be done which is ridiculous, I was done in an hour and a half. She literally just had to put on a new set. Surely after a certain time frame a manager should check in? Theres room for improvement with regard to client experience however with regard to the job done it went well.

The nails I get there always last and they are beautiful, I also love the walk in system however I never get what I wanted initially because something is always out of stock eg stones, certain shades etc. I only go there because it's at a good location and it's affordable as for customer service lol. It dsnt exist. They are not rude as such but also not polite. They should listen more to clients try to be nicer and help the customer make decision. If you arrive there at 9 best believe you will wait for 30 mins while they set up and clean up from the day before some staff even arrive after 9. I noticed a new nail bar has opened right next door,interesting. Maybe a little competition will shake things. Edit: Turns out it's them after all they just changed location disappointed

I got my individual lashes installed as well as the eyebrow wax and tint today. This was my second time getting this treatment @ theTreatBoksburg and i love the end result just as much as i did the first time. My lashes and brows are absolutely gorgeous. This was a painless, super comfortable and enjoyable experience. totally my go to place for lashes and brow wax and tint
