Beautiful building exterior. Well cleaned place. Covered and open parking. Zero peace, there's too much noise coming outside from strangers who likes to chill outside the building, playing music until late everyday.
I love their security, they ensures that safety is the priority.
Too much noise, its like a pub, I would never advise anyone to stay here
It's a nice place, undercover parking. I just dislike that most weekends the street is full with people visiting the surrounding flats, sometimes blocking the entrance. street bash type of vibe. Loud music, cars parked everywhere, coolerboxes n people drinking every weekendI wonder if there's a place that sells alcohol nearby perhaps this is the cause of the gatherings! It makes me question safety at night.

I have been here a couple of times.Security gentlemen are extremely rude. Place is always clean and well maintained.
Always loud and too many people invading the premises
Well maintained apartments. One wishes that the building managers of that Minnar street would control the noise coming from the cars parked outside their buildings or ask assistance from law enforcement.
The place is good and well maintained, it's a pity that you get to hear all the everyday noise that people make outside playing music, some screaming, the place is very busy outside, and the people some times play their music loud until after midnight most of the time. Lack of doing bio-metrics is an inconvenience, you can stay months without a gate tag or fingerprints. o_O
