A very bad experience with this place. Bought goods from Zeph 15/04/21. He said we could take what we had and return anything that wasn't used for a refund. Barry wasn't there at the time so no invoice was given. Went back 16/04/21 Barry had no money on the premise. Went back 19/04/21 still no invoice so as a result I had the wrong price for an item that needed returning. and a very ugly scene happened. Still no invoice available. Was told to come back when the invoice was ready. Returned 21/04/21 Barry wasn't there. Called 22/04/21 to make sure Barry is there at 16.05 , had to walk down to the shop, no car available, 1,5kms. Got there at 16.30pm. Barry had left. Shop closes at 5pm. Today 23/04/21 got to Tomjac at 10, Zeph suggested I get there after 9.30am Barry had gone out. Said he would be back shortly. By 12pm still not back.... I finally got my refund of a lousy R174 today at 1.30pm. Such a rude disrespectful man. Pity, their prices are good, not their after sale service. Shame on you for treating an elderly customer so badly,
