Auto Magic Alberton

Got into an accident and the insurance sent us here. The staff are very friendly and very talkative. The only problem is the location. It is tucked away in a narrow driveway that leads to a side entrance. Inside is also quite packed with cars, limiting maneuverability. But nothing bad to say other than that

Staff are excellent as is their work. Very friendly and down to Earth. Cat went in for an assessment after being attacked by a mega pothole in Alberton. Had our Volvo bumper repaired there a few years ago and the work was excellent. Was even presented with a small bottle of touch-up paint which is rare these days. Small things like this go a long way with consumers. Well done guys and girls at Auto Magic

Make sure they explain to you exactly what you're paying for. They are pricey in my opinion but alot of panelbeaters are so make sure you know what you're in for. They also dont have a driver so you must organize your own transport home. Big drawback for me.

Excellent workshop and very accommodating staff. These guys did a great job on my Toyota. It looks as good as new. Did have a small issue with communication between insurance company and Automagic which took about two weeks to resolve but other than that it was a good experience. Also very reasonable prices for non insurance work.

Good work they do here and loved everything the only thing that I didn't like was How impatient the guy doing assessment was. Couldn't even give time to ask about the price and if anything could be done. Apart from that they are doing very great Job.

Haven't had any issues with auto magic. Quotes are provided promptly repairs are done within reasonable amounts of time. Competitive pricing. Good service
