There is a wide variety of food but not many options for children. The food can be a bit overwhelming and it's a pity that you cannot take a doggy bag with. The dessert options were absolutely amazing. If buffet is your vibe then you will love this place.
Absolutely brilliant, a great experience, good spread and a nice selection of game meat. Buffalo, Kudu, Wildebeest and Impala. Good atmosphere and entertainment.
Excellent food verities and loved desert menu as well. Complete dine in place. Tasty food and lot seating.
On the 21st of December we went for dinner for our wedding anniversary. What a surprise we were welcomed so warmly and escorted to our table and promised that a waiter will attend to us. Not very long after, our waiter came and introduced herself as Confidence. Absolutely a waiter knowing her job and is so confident. We explained to her that its our first time at the restaurant and she explained how it works. The moment we started dining we did not have to ask for anything Confidence was there to assist or remove plates and put clean cutlery. The food is so tasty! The meat is so tender my granny would have been able to eat all items on buffet! We have never been to a buffet restaurant where literally ALL meat is so tender. The lamb curry is out of this world! The meat falls of the bone literally. Just a suggestion: -Please have spoons for dessert available on table or at dessert table. A value for money! We will definitely return.
We had my sister’s birthday lunch this past weekend there and it was absolutely amazing!!! The venue is beautiful the buffet has so many tasty options. I definitely give the place 5 stars and will definitely return again. We really enjoyed the live band it complemented the surroundings very well!!!!
Great atmosphere with entertainment, the place is beautiful and food delicious definitely value for money. A big thank you to Harriet who was our waiter, very friendly, helpful and very thoughtful, my wife ordered a drink which she recommended and I didn't, when she brought the drink she also brought me a cup of water, for me that's an excellent extra mile service of go beyond and on top came back to ask my wife if she enjoyed her drink. A must visit place.
We absolutely enjoyed the time we spent here. The live music was such a great vibe. They handle birthdays in such a fun way. The food was lekker, many options to choose from. Not sure if they have different menus for different days, but really enjoyed it. Will definitely go again. Bookings are essential. Vegetarian options: Well it's a buffet so you choose your likes and dislikes Kid-friendliness: There is a great play place for the kiddies and the kids can dance to the live music Parking: Ample parking space Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility friendly
Loved it! Definitely a good place for family and friends food is amazing, especially the meat selection. I wouldn't mind visiting regularly. Thank you to the staff as well and their warm reception.Food: 5/5
I have been to the Boma before this time around i have been let down terribly. Staring from the booking process, the agent taking booking “ Confidence “ did not have a pen i could hear her shouting to other colleagues asking for one and eventually took booking down . Fast forward to the night service on the floor was appalling, the place looked severely understaffed with waiters not paying any attention to us. It took more than 30 minutes to get our drinks and we were literally begging for cutlery in between. One of the waitresses walked away asking another colleague who was serving us just to assist us with a simple fork. The ambience and the food was good quality as usual but service really ruined the night. I was with my family celebrating a birthday but it was not what we had imagined the night to be . Please look into service, you used to get it right . Utterly disappointed!!
Expected alot more. The lamb chops and beef ribs was nice, everything else was less than average. Won't go back again. What's the point of having hundreds of different food options, but less than a handful of options are actually nice to eat?Food: 1/5
