Went to exchange a gas bottel at 19:00 was totally ignored by the 2 only attendants for 20 minutes. Left because it was clear I was not going to be assisted.
Service is amazing. It was busy at the car wash. Next moment one of the managers jumped in and started washing my car in order for the que to go quicker. Staff is very friendly. Great job!
Pathetic service.Been a loyal customer to this garage for years I had stopped by to get some fuel and realised that I have a flat tire.The helpfull attendant pumped up the tire and found a leak.I had requested requested assistance as was told that they are not allowed to assist after asking the supervisor.I had requested to speak to the supervisor and that just did not happen. Customer service down the freaking drain.Will I never stop here again,never. Not even a reasoning as to why they cannot assist.Pethitic....zak
The car wash, well its a joke. 3rd in queue, sat 50 min before they even started to wash my car. No supervision. Staff are slow, constantly chatting,not a care in the world. Service is very poor. Never again.
Time to start sorting out your petrol attendants they are slow and don't listen, the only good one is Jafta, I would rather just get my coffee and put petrol at Engen

Your staff is lovely. 5 stars!!!! I bought wood on friday. It was so wet that i coudnt braai. One packet of fire lighters could not lite the wood. Wont support you again
This is about the FNB ATM. It's always giving problems and a waste of time and petrol. Very annoying! I don't know if the owner is responsible for reporting ATM problems? Otherwise, FNB needs to wake up!!!
