The most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever received. Staff do not greet or engaged. They’re constantly talking to other staff and act as if the customer does not exist. They offer no engagement. Management displays the same behaviour. An unpleasant service station in the heart of a good community. I’d much rather drive a few extra km’s for better service.

On 19 April 2022 during the afternoon loadshedding session, I had a problem at this refueling station regarding the Dischem reward points. After many minutes waiting and being messed around by the petrol attendant, my problem was resolved. The matter wasn't 100% in my favour, but I was satisfied that the manager went the extra mile to try and correct the problemhe didn't just give up. This action made the difference between me supporting this refueling station or using the competitors in future. I am pleased that I will continue refueling with Total Tokai.

This garage has got employees that's so rude to the clients. As l was waiting in the que 10mins ago there is one lady a Xhosa and the guy dark in complexion they wanted to ask me to reverse my car towards the entrance and l said to them its not safe behind me because it's an entrance so please l am asking 1 of you to guide me at the back and they said l bought my license and started swearing at me in their Xhosa language and l went to report their bad behavior to their manager who seemed to support their behavior. .. Bad service at this garage.

I love that this is the one store where you don't have to wear a mask, not even the owner wears one. Oh and I got to catch up on the daily news of who was doing what in the shop when. Can we not maybe act a bit more professional and discuss business and what customers are doing wrong in a private area.

Got there today at about 00:31 the attendant didn't come to service at first after waiting he came and was moody..greeted him and never answered..asked him where the pressure tank was and he said "I dont know". Very poor service wasn't happy at all.

The chances of being served as a black person are close to non how can you look the and decide to take long to serve? Even us we do our work before we expect a tip ...pathetic

I was wrongfully accused of driving off without paying for petrol. Police rocked up at my house. I was taken to the police station and then to the service station. Waste of my time and deformation of character. How do you like that?

Arrived at 8 am; was told car wash was opened. Staff finally pitched at 8h40. Sloppy hand wash without pressure hose. Sand left in crevices after vacuum. Avoid this place!

This is my local petrol station and i always receive excellent service and the forecourt shop is well stocked and fairly priced. Well run business.
