Tried to get a hot chocolate mugg and bean the lady told me I can only get an easy because the total lady doesn't want to open the door to allow customers in. The horror such poor service it's was only 10pm.
Shocking lack of staff at carwash ! Wait for average 2hrs - wkds even longer. As the poor carwash attendant needs to wash your car then he cleans it inside while everyone waits. One person washing and cleaning each car!
I had to wait about 5 minutes before a petrol attendant assisted me. Then, I went to get my car washed at the Total Golden Harvest garage and it was by far my worst experience. I got to the station at 11:44 and there were 3 people washing cars, I paid for the wash and I waited. I left at 12:10 and returned at about 12:30. The cars I left there were only just getting washed. We left shortly after 14:00. On top of having to wait so long, their toilet was in a bit of a state. I would not recommend this Total at all. The service is not the greatest. Maybe they should just stick to dispensing fuel.
This is the second time that I have waited over an hour for a car wash. With only 1 car ahead of me in the queue I assumed it would be a quick service. However the staff member that was supposed to wash my car decided to take his time with washing the Evoque in from of me. I have never in my life seen a wipe down take 30 minutes while the owner of the Evoque instructed him to wipe down areas I didnt even know existed! With no regard to the long queue now forming and the irate customers hooting the staff member and customer remained blasé. The supervisor, when approached by me, was just as laid back and made it look like I was the weirdo for wanting to speed up the process! In the mean time numerous potential customers who were I. The queue reversed and went elsewhere to have their car washed! I promise you that I will never return here!!!
I love my MB triple chocolate and i buy every time at night but lately the muffins now i don't trust them no regard for standard. To give a client a muffin, its like really misrepresenting the brand. Im so disappointed its late at night to drive back its a drag. Disappointed twice in two weeks.
I was having problems with my tyre pressure. Despite me filling my tank, the staff refused to help me with this after I still had an error light after they adjusted it and I asked them to recheck, saying that I was wasting their time and there were other customers they needed to serve. This from the supervisor. I won't be going back.
This garage does not care about the local community. A noisy alarm keeps going off & is not connected to a security company. It wakes up the adjacent neighborhood. I have complained numerous times to no avail. This disturbance of the peace is very serious . I will not support this garage.
They are not 24/7 got there a 3 am need petrol and food badly no one was there , doors would not open .
I just wanted some fuel but was ok
No food at mugg n Bean AGAIN. I don't know why I keep giving this place a chance.
